Where data lives

Customer and debtor data is stored in EU data centres. Primary sub-processors include Postmark (transactional email), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp/voice), Vapi and ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Pingen (letters), Anthropic EU and OpenAI EU (LLM), WorkOS (authentication), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (cache), Cloudflare (storage and CDN), Stripe (billing), Sentry (errors), and Plausible (analytics). The full sub-processor list with country and purpose is published on the AVV page (/dpa). Customers are notified at least 30 days in advance of any change.
